No! We're committed to transparent pricing. The rate we quote includes the vehicle rental and standard mileage. Additional fees only apply for:

• Insurance (unless you provide your own)
• Optional roadside assistance coverage
• Excessive mileage (if applicable)
• Late returns
• Fuel replacement (if returned empty)
• Damage or cleaning fees
• Optional add-ons (GPS, car seats, etc.)

We'll explain all costs upfront before you sign.

Yes, we require a refundable security deposit at the time of pickup. The deposit amount varies by vehicle type (typically $200-$500). This is held on your credit or debit card and released 3-7 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

Your base rental includes:

• The vehicle rental
• Standard mileage allowance (varies by rental length)
• Basic vehicle features and equipment
• Pre-rental inspection and maintenance

Available at additional cost:

• Insurance coverage (or bring proof of your own)
• Roadside assistance protection
• Optional equipment (GPS, car seats, etc.)

Yes! We offer discounted rates for weekly and monthly rentals. The longer you rent, the better the rate. Contact us for specific weekly and monthly pricing on your preferred vehicle type.

Insurance is NOT included in the base rental rate. You have two options:

• Use your own insurance: Provide proof of your personal auto insurance that covers rental vehicles. We'll verify coverage before pickup.
• Purchase our insurance: We offer comprehensive rental insurance policies at an additional cost. This includes liability, collision, and theft protection.

All our vehicles are thoroughly inspected and ready for rental before each pickup. While breakdowns are rare, if you experience any mechanical issues:

• Call us immediately and we'll assess the situation
• Roadside assistance is available at an additional cost
• If the issue is due to a pre-existing mechanical problem, we'll provide a replacement vehicle at no extra charge

Ask about adding optional roadside assistance coverage when booking for peace of mind.

Safety is our priority. If you're in an accident:

1. Ensure everyone's safety and call 911 if needed
2. Exchange information with other parties involved
3. Call us immediately at our 24/7 number
4. Take photos of the damage and get a police report if possible
5. Do NOT admit fault or sign anything without consulting us first

Our insurance will handle the claims process. Your security deposit may be used for deductibles depending on the circumstances.

All our vehicles are non-smoking and non-vaping. If we detect smoking or vaping odors upon return, a $250-$500 cleaning fee will be charged to remove the odor and restore the vehicle condition.

We love pets! Small pets are allowed in most vehicles with prior approval. We ask that you use a pet carrier or seat cover to protect the vehicle's interior. A small cleaning fee may apply upon return. Please let us know when booking if you'll be traveling with a pet.

We understand delays happen! If you need to extend your rental, just call us ASAP and we'll try to accommodate you at the daily rate. Late returns without notice may incur hourly fees (typically $25/hour). Returns more than 2 hours late without notification will be charged for an additional full day.
